    Amazing hotel with its 24-hour reception, rooftop pool, and excellent spa services. I'll never forget how the staff helped me find my lost bracelet on my first visit. Nadisha's superb service at breakfast was a highlight too. I highly recommend enjoying the outdoor dining area. I'm definitely coming back for a city trip.

    My stay was unforgettable here thanks to its quiet ambience. The staff were professional and delightfully helpful and made me feel welcome. The hotel was set in a central area just next door to the funicular to monticatini alto, and the shops. It also was close to the town centre.

    Lhp hotel montecatini palace & spa is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the funicular to alta. Our junior suite was spacious, sparkling clean, and tailored to our needs, with a lovely balcony with gorgeous mountain views. The breakfast options were fantastic too! The staff were polite and knowledgeable, especially lara and nataliya.

    Location was dreamy, and the facilities were super clean! Staff were super friendly, and I would visit again!

    But darling, the sink was so tiny I almost mistook it for a soap dish! And I hope you're not on a low-carb diet-those breakfast portions were practically a teaser!

    Is it a hit or a miss? Here's my take

    The staff were friendly, our every need was met throughout our stay. The pool area offered a fine view.

    Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connection was poor, and service inconsistency left us frustrated at times .
